Cecilia Gaytan Soto

Cecilia Gaytan Soto is a Legal Manager and Legal Counsel at Corporate Properties of the Americas since July 2015, with expertise in drafting various contracts, including leases, assignments, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as supporting corporate transactions and financial restructures. Previously, Cecilia served as a Junior Lawyer and Legal Trainee at Neoris, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts in both English and Spanish, and coordinating corporate secretarial tasks. Cecilia began the legal career as a Legal Intern at WADA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Tecnológico de Monterrey, ongoing studies at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and courses at CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence.
