Josh Joiner

Josh Joiner has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Netrail, where they tested, designed, and deployed core backbone equipment from Juniper and Cisco routers to ATM/Frame Relay switches. Josh then moved to Cypress Communications, where they worked as Manager of Network Engineering. In 2007, they became the Director of Network Engineering at StarVox Communications. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Senior Network Infrastructure Consultant at BT Global Services, where they were responsible for implementing AT&T Mobility National Technology Centers phone infrastructure. Josh then moved to Procera Networks, where they worked as a Director of Solutions Engineering and a Solution Engineer, managing all technical activities in the Americas and providing customers with in-depth network audits and baseline analysis service. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been the Senior Director of Worldwide Solutions Engineering and Support at cPacket Networks, where their roles include pre and post sales, business intelligence/analytics/reports, cloud/hybrid monitoring and migrations, virtualization, POC architect design, trade show, curriculum development, IT infrastructure, product management and support, and QA.

Josh Joiner attended Kennesaw State University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Information Systems with a Security/Information Assurance, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Information Systems Security.
