Christof Carlier

Christof Carlier is an experienced professional in community development and social action, currently serving as Chargé de mission at the Centre Public d'Action Sociale de Charleroi since March 2005. Carlier's role encompasses various initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable development, such as the establishment of educational community gardens and the implementation of a solidary housing project with independent rental units and communal spaces. Additionally, Carlier leads a participatory research-action project focused on the trajectories of migrants and the adaptation of CPAS services to their needs. With expertise in intercultural project support, Carlier has also coordinated community efforts at the Espace Citoyen Porte Ouest, facilitating thematic consultation groups for territorial development.
