Stuart Thom

Stuart Thom is an experienced planning manager currently at CPB Contractors since May 2023, with a substantial background in project planning within the construction and engineering sectors. Previous roles include senior planner and lead planner positions at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed planning for a significant 45km route and the diversion of 169 major utilities. Additionally, Stuart has held senior planner roles at Mott MacDonald and Costain Group PLC, overseeing multi-billion pound projects involving infrastructure such as viaducts, embankments, and utility diversions.
