Richard Toma

Richard Toma, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richard started their career in 2002 as a Staffing Manager/Assistant Branch Manager at Intermountain Staffing Resources, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Jackson Ice Cream/Kroger as an HR Training Coordinator for a brief period. Richard then moved on to EFL Associates, a CBIZ Company, where they served as an Office Administrator/Executive Assistant from 2008 to 2012. Following this, Richard joined Graebel Companies, Inc. as an HR Administrator from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Richard joined Denver Public Schools as an HR Supervisor, Employee Services, and worked there until 2016. Since 2016, they have been associated with CPC, initially as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2017. Richard then progressed to the role of HR Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Richard holds the position of HR Director at CPC from July 2019.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014, and completed the Dale Carnegie Immersion Seminar offered by Dale Carnegie Colorado in 2013.
