Paul Safarz, MBA, CPIM, CSCP has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations. Paul is currently the Vice President of Operations at CPC - Colder Products Company, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Supply Chain and Fulfillment from July 2018 to December 2020 and the Director of Planning and Fulfillment from April 2016 to July 2018.

Before joining CPC, Paul worked at St. Jude Medical from 2011 to 2016, starting as a Senior Buyer and progressing to roles such as Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Manager of Global Demand Planning. Paul was responsible for global demand forecasting, supply chain analysis, and procurement.
