Todd Andrews has a diverse work experience in various industries. Todd started their career as a Squad Leader and Fire Support Sergeant in the Army National Guard from 1991 to 1997. After that, they worked as a Technical Sales Coordinator at Battenfeld of America from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Product Development Engineer at McCue Corporation. Later, they joined Millipore as an R&D Engineer from 2000 to 2004. Todd also pursued their passion for comedy and worked as a Professional Comedian from 2001 onwards. Their career in the biopharmaceutical industry began in 2004 at CPC - Colder Products Company. Todd held various roles including Applications Design Engineer, Business Development Manager, Business Development Engineering Manager, and Global Sales & Business Development Manager. Currently, they serve as the Global Director of Application and Business Development, Biopharm at CPC. Throughout their career, Todd has consistently exceeded revenue targets, recruited and developed high-performing teams, and contributed to the development and launch of innovative products in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Todd Andrews completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2007 to 2012, they pursued their Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration, from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
