Esther Du is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a solid background in both analytical and validation processes across several reputable organizations. Currently a Quality Assurance Associate at the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization since May 2017, Esther independently reviews batch records, prepares non-conformance reports, and contributes to quality assurance updates in meetings with clients and internal teams. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Validation Coordinator at Germiphene Corporation, where Esther designed and executed various validation processes, and Quality Assurance Technician at Normerica Inc. Esther's foundational experiences include stints as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo and an Analytical Chemist Assistant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology.
