Leo Qiao is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Principal at CPE since 2021. Previously, Leo held the position of Human Resources Director at Capital Today Group from 2018 to 2020 and was the Human Resources Director at 知合控股（华夏幸福的控股公司） from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included comprehensive HR management for the company’s subsidiary, the largest O2O platform for corporate space selection in China. Before that, Leo worked as Executive Recruitment Director at 华夏幸福 from 2014 to 2015, focusing on executive recruitment for the company’s headquarters. Leo also has a strong background in the financial services sector as a Senior Researcher and Head of China Financial Services Industry Research Team at 亿康先达 from 2010 to 2014, and as a Senior Auditor at 普华永道 from 2007 to 2010. Leo started a career in education as a prominent spokesperson for 英孚教育 in 2006, after winning a national talent competition. Leo holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and Law from Shandong University and participated in an international exchange program at Korea East-West University.
