Stefano Tomeo

Stefano Tomeo brings extensive experience in asset management and sales, currently working at Meadowlands and Farmstead Golf Links as a Pro Shop staff member since May 2018, while also serving as a Sales Representative for The Cleveland Plant and Flower Company since June 2016. Previous roles include Regional Asset Manager at WNC & Associates from October 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of low-income housing tax credit properties with over 3,000 units, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements. Stefano also held the position of Regional Asset Manager at WNC & Associates, Inc. from April 2008 to March 2009, managing 112 properties across eight states valued over $400 million. As Vice President and Regional Asset Manager at Transom Development/SunTrust Bank from January 2002 to April 2008, management of 22 affordable housing properties totaling over 1,500 units was undertaken. Earlier career experience includes being a Real Estate Appraiser at Hinch Appraisal Group and serving as an Advisory Business Analyst at IBM for over two decades. Education was undertaken at Quinnipiac College.
