Renato Vianna

Renato Vianna has over 24 years of work experience, starting in 1997. Renato began their career as a Consultant at Towers Perrin for 11 years before moving to Itaú Unibanco, where they held various roles including Senior Manager and Head of Sales and Relationship. In 2012, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant until 2016. From 2017 to 2021, Renato worked as a Wealth Consultant at Mercer Brazil. Currently, they are the Head of Compensation, Benefits & Planning at CPFL Energia since April 2021.

Renato Vianna earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in the period from 1993 to 1997. In 2007, they pursued an MBA in Business Management at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a certification called CPA - 20 from ANBIMA.
