Scott A. Breitenstein

Scott A. Breitenstein, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and design of utility projects. Since December 2000, Scott has served as Division Manager for Treatment Facilities at CPH in Orlando, overseeing the management, engineering, and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including related permitting and construction administration. Prior to this role, Scott worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where responsibilities included inspecting public water systems and permitting wastewater facilities. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Wet Chemist at Bionomic Laboratories and a Junior Engineer at Elias Engineering and Testing, specializing in laboratory analysis and construction-related testing. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Resources Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
