April Galena

April Galena has been with CPI Aero since November 2018, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Prior to CPI Aero, April was with Integra Development Group from November 2018 to November 2021, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Strategy. While at IDG, April developed and implemented strategic initiatives to sustain company growth and enable scalability on construction projects. In one fiscal year, the company experienced a 150% revenue increase. Additionally, April oversaw the development of improved safety protocols and risk management programs.

At CPI Aero, April is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that fully support, cultivate and communicate the company's vision and values. April also directs the day to day operations of the HR department including benefits, compensation, organizational development and employee relations. Additionally, April implements and executes strategic direction for hiring and talent management. As an advisor and coach to leadership and management team, they provide HR guidance that informs key decisions. April also monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies as needed. Lastly, they create and integrates programs to build and maintain an engaging work environment through coaching and collaboration, including leadership development, training and succession planning.
