She has been responsible for a diverse range of functions, including human resources, employment law compliance, payroll, accounting, facilities management, purchasing, and project management. As Decisiv’s VP Human Resources & Administration, she oversees daily operations and implementation of institutional human resource management programs, policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
