Erin Jauert

Erin Jauert has a diverse work experience in human resources, with a specialization in the healthcare and medical industry. Erin is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at CPI Card Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions from January 2019 to February 2022, holding the positions of Director of Human Resources, TSS Americas and Director of Human Resources Americas, Healthcare and Medical. Erin also gained experience as the Director of Human Resources at Sil-Pro, LLC from April 2013 to January 2019. Before that, Erin served as the HR Manager at Medstat Systems, Inc. for a decade, starting from January 2003 to April 2013. Erin began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at the Law Office of Theodore J. Coenen from September 2001 to December 2002. Prior to that, Erin worked as a Broker in Employer Services at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting from May 2000 to August 2001.

Erin Jauert completed their Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota in 2000. Additionally, Erin holds a certification as a Certified Parent Coach, which they obtained from the Center for the Challenging Child, LLC in 2010.
