Paul Boge

Paul Boge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul started as an Automotive Technician at Bird Chevrolet in 1989 and later became the Owner Operator of Pro Care Automotive in 1993. In 1995, they joined The Miner Group Int as a Production Manager, overseeing manufacturing, packaging, inventory, and distribution. From 2005 to 2010, Paul worked at UV Color Inc as an Operations/Production Manager, responsible for managing all activities in the Card Manufacturing department and implementing initiatives such as Six Sigma and Lean. In 2010, they became the Director of Operations at CPI Card Group MN, contributing to corporate goals and providing guidance in strategic planning and administrative systems. Paul's most recent role, starting in 2011, has been as the VP & GM of the U.S. Prepaid Debit Market at CPI Card Group, where they direct and coordinates all functions including production, customer care, and sales.

Paul Boge graduated from the Arizona Automotive Institute with an Associate Degree in Mechanical Technologies.
