Justin Kornvein

Justin Kornvein is an experienced regional property manager and general manager with a robust background in managing diverse portfolios of residential and commercial properties. Currently at C+C Apartment Management, LLC since May 2016, Justin oversees a portfolio of approximately 1,300 residential units and 8 commercial spaces across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City, including the successful launch of a new property in Williamsburg. Prior to this role, Justin served as a property manager at SAMSON MANAGEMENT, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of 1,700 residential units and supervising a team of 40 employees. Previous positions at Taube Management, Breslin Realty Development Corp., and Broadway Real Estate Services further solidified expertise in property management and operations. Justin holds a degree from the University at Albany, attended from 1993 to 1998.
