Sandra Arita (she,her,hers)

Sandra Arita has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Director of Human Resources at C+C Apartment Management, LLC since September 2021. Sandra works closely with HR and executive leadership to design and implement policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed HR Business Consultant in 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Sandra served as the Director of Human Resources at Communication Partners Group LLC, reporting directly to the COO and providing strategic direction and hands-on support for various HR functions.

Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Pro Mujer from 2014 to 2018, where they collaborated with senior leadership on HR-related issues and initiatives, such as talent management and cultural alignment.
