Colby Tharpe

Colby Tharpe, MBA, is a seasoned professional in contact center operations with a robust background in education. Currently serving as the VP of Contact Center Operations at CPM Federal Credit Union since January 2019, Colby has previously held roles including Contact Center Manager, Contact Center Team Lead, and Employee Development Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Mathematics Teacher at Greenville County Schools and Laurens School District 55, where instruction focused on courses such as Pre-Calculus, Algebra II, Geometry, and Algebra I. Colby earned a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University between 2020 and 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Wofford College, completed in 2014.
