Amy Ridley

Amy Ridley is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Field Services Trainer at CPM since November 2024. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Senior ISD at Shoulder 2 Shoulder, Inc. from December 2023 to November 2024 and worked as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Chapter Aesthetic Studio from February 2023 to June 2024. Amy's background includes roles as an Instructional Designer and Learning Management System Administrator at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Earlier experience includes teaching and librarian roles at ISD 12, ISD 196, and South Washington County Schools.
