Charlie Spearing

Charlie Spearing is currently the General Manager at CPM Process Solutions. Prior to this role, Charlie held various high-level positions within the CPM Extrusion Group, including Group General Manager and General Manager Global Twinscrew Operations. With a background in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University, Charlie also has experience in sales at APV Baker. In their previous roles, Charlie was responsible for managing global sales and technology groups, as well as overseeing acquisitions and operations at Century Extrusion and Ruiya Extrusion in China.
