Eric Collins is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in continuous improvement, team management, and cost reduction strategies. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for CPM, Eric leads Kaizen sessions and standardizes supply chain practices across multiple sites. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager at BevSource, where restructuring and measurable objectives were implemented, and Director of Supply Chain at Magnum Venus Products, where Eric managed a large team, reduced inventory by $1.2M, and achieved significant cost savings.
