Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 at Travel Club as a Project Manager until the year 2000. Amanda then worked at Somersault Marketing as an Operations Manager from 2001 to 2002. After that, they joined CPM UK Limited as a Contact Centre Team Manager from 2002 to 2005 and later became a Client Service Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Learning & Development Manager at CPM UK Limited for 10 months. Since 2010, Amanda has been with CPM UK, where they started as a Talent Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as Head of Talent Acquisition, and from 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Sales Academy. Currently, Amanda is Head of Talent at CPM UK.

Amanda Smith attended the University of the West of England from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies with Tourism. Amanda did not obtain a specific degree in this field. Additionally, in April 2011, Amanda obtained a certification in Insights from the institution of the same name.
