Thiago Salese is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and IT management. Currently serving at CPQD since November 2014, Thiago manages the Telecom Expense Management project for a large financial institution, emphasizing billing auditing and expense control while overseeing a multidisciplinary operations team. Prior to this, Thiago worked as a systems analyst at CPQD, focusing on implementing telecom expense management systems. Thiago's career also includes significant roles at Locaweb S/A as a systems administrator and senior technical support analyst, where responsibilities encompassed ITIL processes, software licensing, and technical issue resolution. Thiago began the professional journey at Strattus as a technical support analyst, handling network administration and customer support. Thiago holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove.
