Andrea Defrates

Andrea DeFrates has extensive experience in client engagement and operations management, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Cprime, Inc. since March 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring successful client engagements and leading a team of consultants. Previous positions at Cprime include Interim Practice Director and Delivery and Business Operations Manager, overseeing significant revenue streams and client success initiatives.
