Bhargavi then moved on to Primus Software Corporation as a Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in bulk hiring and CTC negotiation. Bhargavi later worked at The Judge Group as a Sr. Executive - Recruitment, leading a team of talent professionals and collaborating with stakeholders to improve sourcing functions. Their most recent role was as a Lead Recruitment at ACS Group, where they managed a team, prioritized requirements, and filled multiple positions within deadlines. Currently, Bhargavi is working at Cprime, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Lead, managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles and collaborating with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
