Krishna I. currently serves as SVP of Technology Sales at Cprime, Inc, focusing on go-to-market strategy and technology sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem, Atlassian, and digital engineering services since April 2024. Previously, Krishna held various leadership roles at Cognizant from June 2006 to February 2024, including Vice President of CX/CRM, where responsibilities encompassed leading global practice strategy for Salesforce and Adobe solutions, as well as managing GTM strategy and sales for sectors including retail, consumer goods, travel, and hospitality. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Retail, Sr Account Manager, and Sr Manager in project management, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and operational frameworks. Prior positions at Infosys and Mahindra Satyam included software engineering roles. Krishna I. earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Kannur, in 2001.
