Taras Askaliepov has a diverse work experience starting from being a journalist at various media outlets, such as NewsOne Channel, Internet TV "Robinson," and MigNews. Taras transitioned into the recruitment and career consulting field, taking on roles at ITCP - IT Career Professionals, SoftServe, Fluvius, Cprime Studios, and currently serving as the Recruiting Team Lead at Cprime, Inc.

Taras Askaliepov attended the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Engineering Ecology.
