Doug Carver is the current Purchasing Manager at CPS Electric. Doug has held this position since May of 2015. Prior to this, they were the Purchasing and Service Manager at Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. from May of 2015 to April of 2017. Prior to their role at Blackwing Quality Meats, Doug served as the Director of Operations/Purchasing and Returns at Toner by Numbers from March of 2012 to November of 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations and purchasing functions. Lastly, Doug served as the Purchasing/Operations Manager at International Toner Corp from March of 2005 to April of 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's purchasing and operations functions.

Doug Carver has an associate's degree in operations management and supervision from Harper College.

Doug Carver reports to Cindy Lockwood, President. They are on a team with Chris Johnson - IT Manager, Jeff Flynn - EVP, Sales, and Colleen Conway - Account Administration Manager.
