Andrea Guadarrama

Andrea Guadarrama, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Energy Equity at CPS Energy, where responsibilities include driving community impact and promoting energy equity initiatives. With extensive experience in strategic alignment and safety management, Andrea has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Enterprise Alignment and Senior Manager of Safety and Health, focusing on business strategy integration and occupational health initiatives. Prior to CPS Energy, Andrea gained financial management expertise at AllianceBernstein and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, among other positions. Andrea holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University and a bachelor's degree from Texas State University.
