Ashley Martinez

Ashley Martinez has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Manager of Leave Management at CPS Energy since January 2018. In this role, Ashley ensures compliance with Texas Department of Insurance/Division of Workers' Compensation and FMLA regulations, managing relationships with employees, departments, and external stakeholders regarding work-related injuries and personal illnesses. Previously, Ashley held positions as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner and HR Generalist, where responsibilities included investigating employee complaints, providing Employee Relations training, and responding to unemployment claims. Ashley began the career as an Employee Relations Intern and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
