Brian's military background as a Naval Construction Force Officer in the US Navy provided critical leadership and project management skills, overseeing substantial teams and ensuring operational efficiency. Brian holds a Master of Science in Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
