Elaina Ball

Elaina Ball serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at CPS Energy since June 2023 and has been a Board Member of the Association of Women in Energy since May 2018. Previously, Elaina held the position of Senior Vice President of Power Delivery at Entergy from September 2022 to March 2023 and served as CEO and General Manager at Fayetteville Public Works Commission from December 2020 to September 2022. Elaina's experience also includes key roles at El Pasoans Fighting Hunger, El Paso Electric Company, and Austin Energy, where responsibilities encompassed operations, strategic planning, and energy production management. Elaina's educational background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and additional studies at Emory University and Texas State University.
