Frank Chavez

Frank Chavez is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations Manager at CPS Energy since June 2020, Frank also holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at FNL Enterprises Consulting. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology and CISO at Knight Office Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed cyber security solutions and compliance auditing, and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology Systems & Operations at SWBC, focusing on IT project leadership and internal process optimization. Frank began a career as an Engineering Technologist and Systems Architect at Southwest Research Institute, specializing in Active Directory architecture and Microsoft technologies. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word.
