Maria Watson

Maria Watson, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the ERP Transformation Capability Track Lead for HCM at CPS Energy, with previous roles in Workforce Planning and Analytics and as a Project Analyst. Maria has a solid background in manpower analysis from tenure at the USAF Manpower Analysis Agency and experience as a Security Forces Member in the United States Air Force. Academically, Maria holds a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of the Incarnate Word, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Troy University and two Associate's degrees in Management Engineering and Police Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.
