Matthew Haecker

Matthew Haecker is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Program/Project Manager at CPS Energy since July 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating project oversight and fostering collaboration with operational leaders. Previously, Matthew worked as an Energy Advisor and Field Supervisor at Franklin Energy Services, overseeing energy specialists and enhancing program deployments. Matthew also held various roles at ADT, Tecomate Wildlife Systems, Grainger, Meridian Solar, and CPS Energy, focusing on project coordination, business development, and marketing strategies. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management and Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
