Ricci Schooler

Ricci Schooler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Value Initiatives at CPS Energy since June 2015, Ricci has also held the position of Interim Senior Manager of Business Operations to the Chief Customer Engagement Officer and worked as an Application Administrator focusing on ITRON’s Utility IQ integration. Previous roles include Software Development Manager at Secure Control Systems and Software Developer at Altametrics - Autogas. Ricci's career began at Southern Folger Detention Equipment Company, where positions included Integrated Systems Manager and Electronics Operations Manager, leading teams in the development of custom control systems for detention facilities. Ricci holds a Bachelor of Business in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
