Rick W. possesses extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as the CPS Maintenance Manager at CPS Energy since June 2018, Rick oversees operations at the CPS Spruce Station. Prior positions include Maintenance Superintendent at Luminant from May 2008 to February 2018, and Manager of Generation Engineering at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) from May 1982 to May 2008, where responsibilities included Generation Asset Management and various engineering functions. Additional experience includes serving as Superintendent of Power Production at General Chemical Corp/Solvay and as a Field Services Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company. Rick began his career as a Startup Engineer with Pullman Swindell, managing global projects. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
