Christopher Grosvenor is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction fields, currently serving as a Licensing Exam Rater at CPS HR Consulting since March 2013, where responsibilities include administering and evaluating practical licensing exams across various trades. Previously, Christopher held positions such as Third-Party Special Inspector at United Building Services Limited, where project oversight and safety recommendations were key tasks, and Mechanical Engineer Building Condition Assessor at General Research/Parsons Brinkheroff, focusing on HVAC and plumbing system assessments. With additional roles in quality assurance and project management, Christopher has developed a robust skill set in construction management and technical inspections.
