Deanna Heyn

Deanna Heyn is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Colorado Regional Manager and Principal Human Resources Consultant at CPS HR Consulting since May 2017, Deanna specializes in providing integrated HR solutions to government and nonprofit clients. Additionally, Deanna holds a volunteer position as Vice President of the Zimbabwe Mission Partnership, overseeing coordination between the board in Denver and local staff in Zimbabwe. As President of 1 Lighthouse Consulting since September 2016, Deanna addresses a wide range of HR challenges for organizations. Previous roles include Deputy Executive Director and Director of Human Resources at South Suburban Parks and Recreation, and Director of Human Resources at Douglas County Government, where Deanna led key HR operations and strategy. Deanna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University.
