Steve Schanz, CPC has over 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Steve started their career as a Manufacturing Recruiter at Adecco in March 2004 and worked there until July 2005. Steve then joined CPS Recruitment as a Manufacturing Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Engineering Recruiter in June 2007, where they were responsible for sourcing and placing engineering and management professionals in both direct hire and contract positions. In March 2014, Steve was promoted to the role of Engineering Recruitment Manager, and in August 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering Recruitment. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in technical positions within the manufacturing industry and has provided full life-cycle recruitment services to clients, including sourcing candidates, conducting prequalification screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering employment offers.

Steve Schanz, CPC completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from SUNY Broome Community College between 1999 and 2001. Steve then pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College from 2001 to 2003.
