Fiona McNeil

Fiona McNeil is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at the Crown Prosecution Service since May 2019, Fiona leads a team delivering HR services across a national organization. Previous positions include Head of HR at the Government Commercial Function, where a focus on HR support for various people issues was key, and HR Business Partner roles at both the Cabinet Office and Defra, contributing to organizational change and culture transformation. Fiona's HR career began with managerial roles at DWP and includes several recruitment and resourcing positions. Fiona holds a Post Graduate Diploma in CIPD from Reed Business School and an LLB in Law from Bournemouth University.
