Kanika Kalra

Kanika Kalra is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario since July 2022, Kanika previously worked at Procom as a Human Resources Operations Specialist from October 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the contract life cycle for over 500 consultants, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Prior roles included Administrative Coordinator at Jobs Canada Fair, Manager of Administration at FCI, and Project Coordinator at Cuttingedge Translation Services Pvt. Ltd. Kanika holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from George Brown College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rajasthan.
