Jade Malecha is an experienced HRIS Analyst at ascena since July 2019, previously serving as a Sr. HR Coordinator and HR Coordinator in Associate Services, providing human resource administrative support and problem resolution for escalated inquiries. Prior experience includes a role as a Temp HR Coordinator at Adecco, contracted through Ascena Retail Group, delivering similar HR support. Early career positions included Guest Service Agent roles at Kwik Trip, Inc. and Sleep Inn & Suites, along with a stint as an Assistant Decorator with Parties & Weddings Plus, a Paraprofessional at Waterville Elysian Morristown, and a Kitchen Assistant at Camp Omega. Jade Malecha holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a double concentration in Hotel Management and Event Planning, along with a minor in Human Resources from Southwest Minnesota State University.
