Santhiya Gunasekaran

Santhiya Gunasekaran is an experienced professional currently serving as a Lean/Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Training Specialist at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario since April 2016, also holding the role of Hearings Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Legal Assistant at Scotiabank from March 2015 to October 2015, a Legal Coordinator at Tutor Doctor from June 2014 to December 2014, and an Administrative Coordinator at the Ontario Ministry of Government Services in the summer of 2013. Santhiya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo (2009-2014) and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Privacy, Access, and Information Management at Ryerson University (2020-present).
