Sohail Reza is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various industry sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Dextro Capital since November 2022 and Interim CTO at Big Bridge since April 2022, Sohail previously held significant positions including CTO and VP of Engineering at MyMeds, and Sr. Engineering Manager roles at both Amazon and Outsell. Sohail's career spans over two decades, featuring leadership positions in companies such as Polaris Industries, Target, Microsoft, Dell, and Yokogawa. Educationally, Sohail holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's Degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Houston.
