Hian Gualberto is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Processual Law at Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Hian holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from FDV - Faculdade de Direito de Vitória and possesses extensive experience in the legal field, including roles as a Debate and Rhetoric Professor at CPV Grupo Educacional and as a member of the Lawfare Institute. Hian's past positions include internships at Mediação & Advocacia, Advocacia DalPiaz, and Defensoria Pública do Estado do Espírito Santo, as well as monitor roles in Real Rights and Conflict Resolution at FDV.
