Sweta S. has worked in various roles in different companies since 2015. Sweta started as an Ecommerce Product Leader at Colournthread and was responsible for leading product ideation and technical development. Sweta integrated the online store with different marketplaces to generate high revenue. Later, in 2021, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at World Vegan Travel, where they supported sales calls with travel partners, developed new products, and maintained content for trade partner databases. At GLG, they worked as a Product Owner, where their responsibilities involved being the primary customer advocate for retail giants' business. In 2023, they will work as an E-commerce Business Analyst at CQL.

Sweta S. has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Miranda House College. Sweta also completed a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Best IT Training Institute in Delhi Aptech Malviya Nagar in 2002. In 2021, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Skills from Washtenaw Community College. Additionally, Sweta attended Harvard Business School in 2020 to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Sweta has obtained several certifications, such as SAFe PO/PM from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022 and JP Morgan Chase & Co. Agile Virtual Experience Program from Forage in 2023. Sweta has also completed courses in Product Management, Confluence Fundamentals Badge, Jira Fundamentals, Learning HubSpot, TiE SV Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship, Google My Business, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing from various institutions.
