Maximilian Winkler

Maximilian Winkler is currently the Co-Founder & Operations Lead at CQuel, an early-stage venture focusing on decarbonising commercial real estate in Europe with backing from Hines. Prior to this, Maximilian held various roles at Hines, including Director - New Venture Specialist, and worked in real estate development with a strong focus on ESG, Digitalization, and IoT. Maximilian has also gained experience in real estate consulting, mergers & acquisitions advisory, and asset management through internships at companies like Deloitte and McCafferty Asset Management Ltd. Maximilian holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Passau.
