Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business – Human Resources Management/Personnel Management from Western Governors University and an HR Management Certification from UCLA. She also holds the designation of SHRM-CP (Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management). Robin’s early beginnings with C&R began in October 2018 via HR Answers as a consultant working on the Pay Equity project. She was quickly offered and accepted the Senior HR Generalist position on in February of 2019. One year later, she was promoted to C&R’s HR Director in February of 2020. As Director of HR, Robin is focused on providing our employees and management great customer service and implementing innovative use of technology to improve transactional job duties so that we can bring added value to our employees.
